Monday, May 10

Tonight was Michael's night to cook! He broke out the deep fryer for the night and made deep fried zucchini with a horseradish dipping sauce for an appetizer. For dinner, we had cheese steaks and fresh, homemade fries. Michael made the cheese steaks with rare roast beef from the deli counter and provolone cheese on sandwich buns from Costco. The fries were made from potatoes cut into fry shapes and deep fried until crispy and brown.
