Tuesday, May 18

Green apple stuffed chicken breasts, served with asparagus on a bed of black rice, with a Caesar salad on the side.

Michael's night to cook and he decided to go all fancy on me. Michael loved the entire dinner (especially the sardines he put on the salad). I thought the chicken was good, but needed a little more of the apple sauce. The black rice we found at an Asian grocery store last weekend.
