Mushroom risotto.

My night to cook.  I made mushroom risotto at Michael's request.  It was quite a long process -- somewhere around 2 and half hours, which necessitated Michael having an appetizer course of chips before dinner.  (He may have also snuck a couple of Oreo cookies).  The risotto turned out pretty good -- it was just very heavy and took such a long time to prepare.
