Taco salad and fried queso fresco. Michael's night to cook. He had originally planned to serve meat, bean, and rice burritos, but after last night's rice fest (and today's leftovers) decided to go with a taco salad instead. Any kind of "salad" that includes chips as a base is fine by me! He also fried up some queso fresco cheese as an appetizer.
