BBQ Ribs and Potato Salad

This is the second time I've made the BBQ ribs using this receipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Should-Be-Illegal-Oven-BBQ-Ribs-8701.  Last time I made them, it took a lot longer than the 1 hour cooking time in the receipe.  This time I cooked for 3 hours, which was too long.  (I got distracted by an old Law & Order episode).  Next time I think I'll either try 2 hours at 375 or 3 hours at 325.  The potato salad was a made up on the spot receipe using 3 russet potatoes, 3 eggs, 1/4 onion, mayo, yellow mustard, (apparently clarifying that it is yellow mustard is critical information, see Michael's later attempt) salt, and pepper.  I peeled and quartered the potatoes and cooked them in the same pot as the eggs.  By the time the potatoes were soft, the eggs were hard boiled. The salad is just butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheese and croutons topped with ranch dressing and Penzey's Fox Point Seasoning (which I'm addicted to).
