
Michael's night to cook. He made cheese fondue. The fondue recipe calls for some beer as a base, but since the only beer we had in the house was a blackberry flavored one, Michael decided to substitute wine and a little chicken broth for the base. It gave the cheese a slightly different flavor (as did the hot sauce he added) but it was still pretty good. The cheese was nice and bubbly and tasted really good on the bread.
