Homemade indoor pulled pork


A five and a half hour cooking process that totally wasn't worth it. Took way too long to make the pork and I don't know that there was really any benefit to it. I made the barbecue sauce as well, which turned out pretty good. I froze the leftovers, so we'll have it again sometime in the future.
