For the 4th with our company, we did a traditional picnic dinner. I made potato salad and fruit kabobs. We (and by "we" i mean Michael) grilled the meat -- hamburgers, hot dogs, and hot Italian sausage -- out on the charcoal grills that the condo association provides. An excellent spread!
For dessert, Sara brought a chocolate cheesecake. Excellent!
