Steak stir fry with shiitake mushrooms and green beans served with white rice




My first attempt at cooking Chinese food. And, according to Michael, it turned out pretty well. The steak was a thin cut piece that I sliced into strips and marinated in soy sauce and brown sugar before stir frying. I served it with plain white rice, which I cooked in the microwave.
