Pork chops served with mashed potatoes and a mustard sage sauce.
My night to cook. And I know that the mustard sauce doesn't look so good, but it was actually pretty tasty. The pork chops were from a modified Cook's Illustrated recipe found here: http://www.cooksillustrated.com/recipes/detail.asp?docid=6037&parentdocid=6036. Similarly, the mashed potatoes were also from Cook's Illustrated: http://www.cooksillustrated.com/recipes/detail.asp?docid=12358. Not my famous make-ahead ones, but still pretty good.
